The Phas5 single point sling is awesome! Let’s be honest, it’s better than our own “KTactical” branded sling.

We like to mount the sling directly into our plate carrier shoulder straps.

This makes for a perfect mounting position for AR Pistols. It keeps the sling out of the way and doesn’t get tangled with communications wires.

This also helps reduce some stress on your body as the sling is connected to the plate carrier. (We use a carabiner on the back to ensure the back of the sling hooks to molle or the pull handle of the plate carrier and not the back of your neck!

 

Why use the Hook Version?

 

The hook is more versatile than the QD version of this sling.

You can hook other things to it besides a gun, like your gloves, headset, or other gear you need to carry in front of you.
